What is GATA?
GraduAction Talent Academy (GATA)
is a structured programme designed for final year undergraduate students to equip them with the necessary knowledge and transferable skills for their graduate employability and career development. Students will also learn how to integrate smoothly and professionally into the workplace after graduation.
Objectives of GATA
Support final year undergraduate students to enhance employability skills and make informed career choices by taking into account the graduate labour market and their knowledge, skills and abilities
Strengthen students' confidence and professional soft skills in exploring, crafting and excelling in their career
Eligibility & Requirement
Undergraduate students graduating in 2022 are eligible to enrol
Students will attend one intensive training workshop AND a one-hour Individual Career Coaching session (quota for coaching session is limited on a first-come-first-served basis)
Students are required to: (1) Upload a CV to AI Career 360 - CV Checker, AND (2) Record a mock video interview on AI Career 360 - Interview Simulator, before making an appointment for individual coaching.

In this GATA Winter Edition, we are incorporating a newly launched platform - A.I. Career 360, which includes:
CV Checker - a CV review tool set that gives detailed feedback on your CV based on more than 50 criteria that commonly trip up an application tracking system (ATS), which is a software used by many employers to collect, sort, scan and rank the applications.
Interview Simulator - an AI-powered interview training tool with which you can take a mock video interview and receive instant AI feedback on your communication, body language and speech.
Individual Career Coaching
In the one-hour Individual Career Coaching session, the coach will guide you to further polish your CV and improve your interview performance, based on the AI feedback you received on your CV and mock video interview. The coach will also provide personalised guidance on:
a) Preparing for virtual or video interview
b) Handling common interview questions
c) Handling unexpected situations during interview
d) Strategies for impression management
* Limited quota is available for Individual Career Coaching on a first-come-first-served basis.

Notes for Enrolment:
Workshops in GATA will be conducted online by Zoom in English.
Only undergraduate students graduating in 2022 will be accepted.
You will receive a confirmation email if your enrolment is accepted.
Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis. When the quota is full, the enrolment form will be closed.
The Zoom link and details will be provided to enrolled participants through email.
Enrolled participants who fail to attend the workshop and/or coaching may be put in a lower priority for future programme enrolment.
As quota is limited, you are encouraged to enrol as soon as possible.
