About the Visits

Company Visits in The Greater Bay Area (GBA) is a career initiative organised for all HKU students to visit the featured companies. With enriching engagement in industry exposure, career perspectives and networking opportunities, this initiative will immerse students in a fruitful career journey and expand career exposure in GBA.

Important Remarks for Registrants

  1. Please complete the above registration steps in order. Only completion of the above three steps can be regarded as successful registration. Detailed instructions will be provided after clicking the links attached for each step.​

  2. A place confirmation email will be sent to successful registrants. If a registrant decides to withdraw the place, he/she MUST inform CEDARS-Careers and Placement Section by email and state the reason with relevant proof. The place will be offered to another registrant in waiting list. 

  3. ​Registrants MUST hold a valid travel document to Chinese Mainland (e.g. Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Resident and Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao for Chinese Mainland Resident) at the time of registration, with at least one month’s validity on the departure date.

  4. Registrants are responsible for preparing their own travel documents.

  5. The deposit can be fully refundable upon the satisfactory completion of the visit, which requires the following actions:

 

  • Sign and submit the LoU in Registration Form

  • Attend pre-departure briefing session

  • Participate in all activities scheduled in the trip

  • Group-photo taking

  • Complete the feedback form
