Camellia is a User Experience Researcher and strategist at Alibaba, specializing in the intersection of user insight, business strategy, and AI-driven products. She has led research across consumer experience, merchant ecosystems, and platform governance, translating user behavior and data into actionable business and strategic decisions.
Her recent work focuses on AIGC products and commercialization strategies, including competitive analysis, user segmentation, and growth modeling to support decision-making at scale. Prior to this, she contributed to multiple large-scale initiatives across Taobao and Taote, spanning user research, market analysis, and industry studies.
Camellia holds a Master’s degree from The University of Hong Kong and has published research in leading HCI conferences such as CHI and CSCW. She is particularly interested in building scalable insight systems that bridge user needs and long-term business strategy.
