Caspar, CFA, MSc, MA, is the Founder and Managing Director of Guidemy Institute of Technology and Chairman of the Hong Kong Software Engineering Association (HKSEA). Previously a Senior Software Engineer at Morgan Stanley, he now focuses on helping students and early-career engineers develop stronger technical depth, clearer career direction, and a deeper understanding of industry expectations. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong. Through teaching, mentorship, and community initiatives, he actively contributes to talent development and knowledge sharing within Hong Kong’s technology ecosystem. His students have successfully landed offers from organizations including J.P. Morgan, UBS, Société Générale, Macquarie, HKEX, OKX, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
