Kelvin is a Gen-Z Chartered Structural Engineer currently working at Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Ltd. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2020 and has been involved in high-rise building projects across Hong Kong, Macau and China over the past six years. He is currently one of the Structural Engineer in Central Site 3 (known as Central Yard), where he leads a team of young Engineers and Graduate Engineers in delivering design and construction drawings.
