Bonnie Lo
Market Research Analyst
KOTRA Hong Kong
Bonnie is a Market Research Analyst at KOTRA Hong Kong, a state-funded South Korean government organization dedicated to trade and investment promotion. She previously worked as a social media marketer and content writer at Korean-wave start up e-commerce and media companies in Seoul, where she immersed herself in Korea’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.
With a strong background in Korean language and culture, Bonnie holds a BA in Korean Studies and Geography from the University of Hong Kong and an MA in Korean Studies from Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies.
Carmen Lam
Project Engineer
Gammon Construction Limited
Carmen is a professional civil engineer specializing in structural engineering and project management. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
With the professional membership in HKIE and ICE, Carmen is currently a Project Engineer at Gammon Construction Limited, one of the leading contractors in Hong Kong and across Asia.
Gigi Kong
Manager, Health Strategy
Prudential Holdings Limited
Gigi is a HKU business and law graduate with over four years of consulting experience advising clients across banking, insurance, engineering, and the public sector, specialising in strategy development, target operating model design, and digital transformation.
She then transitioned to the insurance industry as a Health Strategy Manager at a regional office, overseeing the health business across Asia and Africa, with key markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Her responsibilities cover market assessment, health strategy development, performance management, and business planning across the region.
Matthew Tsui
Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager
HSBC Asset Management
Matthew is a Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager at HSBC Asset Management. He manages multi-asset portfolios for retail and institutional clients, as well as a range of systematic absolute return strategies. His work focuses on identifying repeatable alpha sources across asset classes and implementing them through disciplined portfolio construction and risk management.
Before joining HSBC, Matthew was a Portfolio Manager at BlackRock, managing quantitative indexing strategies for ETFs and institutional clients. He started his career at BlackRock in 2020 as a Graduate Analyst. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong.
Rachel Li
Business Analyst
ISS Facility Services Limited
Rachel graduated with a Master of Statistics degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2021. She previously worked at PwC Hong Kong in IT audit and technology consulting, with extensive experience across both financial and non-financial industries. Her project portfolio covers machine learning, NLP, AI governance, cloud system development and audit compliance.
Currently an IT Business Analyst at ISS Facility Services Limited, she oversees digital transformation initiatives and leads end to end project management. To expand her technical expertise and drive her career transition, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
